Dear Cindy,
Today I am reducing tomatoes and straining them for the base of spaghetti sauce which will be made tomorrow.
I'll also prepare all the vegetables and puree them to be added to the sauce. It's essentially the same amount of work as making salsa, but with different texture and spices. I'll add basil to this sauce since the plants are still strong and healthy in the garden.
It's also time to make a batch of muffins. Blueberry.
